Role description
Is responsible for executing all strategies related to talent recruiting, focused on talent acquisition, attraction, university projects and image marketing to grow the talent pool. Implements the HR Onboarding process and Company incorporation. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Team to develop solutions, programs and policies Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Support global engagement activities locally. Coordinates payroll process with the third party. Suggest new HR strategies for talent attraction
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or similar. English fluency 4+ year of experience in similar positions, including IT recruitment experience
