• Ensure competitive and long-term labor relations

• Management of Talent Attraction, development, and retention of leaders within their region

• Guarantee the commitment of employees according to the standard established by the organization

• Develop and advise their Work Teams (HRBPs of each plant) based on the culture of high performance

• Guarantee the correct execution of programs for gender equity, commitment to the community, balance of life and work.

Automotive experience 5 years minimum
Management level 10 years
Benefit & Compensation, Labor relations, Talent administration, organizational development, LFT, IMSS, Infonavit knowledge
Strong solving problem and negotiation skills
Focused in continuous improvement
