- Bachelor's degree in engineering - Master´s degree in quality management/assurance, manufacturing engineering, an industrial and technical field - 5 years ad supplier quality manager position in automotive manufacturing enviroment - Quality standers and system regulations knowledge - Process improvements techniques knowledge - Audit techniques, quality tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, etc) - Continuous improvement techniques - MES and ERP knowledge - Availability of travel - Visa Laser and passport - English 90% is a must
