Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field and/or 5+ years of related experience)
8+ years (progressive) of professional experience encompassing many of the following fields – Production Control, purchasing, logistics, quality, EDI functional analysis, and/or business process planning.
Time management
Task assignment and workload distribution skills
Broad knowledge of Customer Demand Analysis
Broad MPS skills and knowledge
Strong customer negotiations skills
Strong leadership skills
Procurement /materials planning experience is a plus
6+ years of experience in the field of Supply Chain (particularly within the automotive or electronics industry)
4+ years of supervising
Experience in the Automotive and/or Electronics industry
Bilingual Spanish-English


Knowledge:

Broad knowledge of overall business practices, demand forecasting, customer service, and inventory control
Working knowledge of assigned commodities, material control methods, and scheduling processes
Proficient with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
Solid organization and time/project management skills
Experience with SAP (experience with MM, SD, and PP)
Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO-9001 standards and requirements.
Knowledge of a NAFTA Customs environment
