How to do it

Manage Quality physical Indicators on the site
Develop and coordinate the site Quality Improvement plan following corporate guidelines , and promote Quality Culture
Ensure Quality responce and control system is implemented
Actively support the Site GM in the implementation of quality customer standard in the site and lead the Total Quality improvement plan
Manage Quality network in the site
SQA Technician management in the daily supplier incident management and QR validation
Challenge SQA network to obtain FTA in time and confirm PDCA action.
Manage the Quality PTM for P0, in Launch team of P1
Laboratory and calibration
Audit the Quality System periodically (Internal and support of Customer Audit)
For modifications, ensure the respect of the 4M procedure
Manage the quick responses for incidents (CLR-Logistic) Internally and with Customer, and support the team analysing the incidents.
Contribute to, or, in the absence of R&D in the site, lead Warranty QRQC & warranty treatment activity
Represent Quality in Technical Committee when relevant
