Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Human Resources is responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of the company’s human resources department. The Director will provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget and labor relations. The Director will take a leadership role in developing a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance with company objectives.
Location: El Paso, TX 79906 Schedule: Fully onsite M-F (no remote flex) Reports To: CEO Industry: Information Technology, Construction, and Facility Services Company Size: 250+ employees Direct Reports: 3 Salary: $130-140K+ (depending on experience) Relocation package: $7K+ Benefits: M/D/V/PTO/401(k)/etc.
Requirements include: - Bachelor's degree - SHRM certification - Government contracting/union experience (collective bargaining agreements, wage determinations) - 7+ years of HR experience - 5+ years of HR leadership - 5+ years in government contracting - Ability to lead performance management, talent assessment, compensation and benefits programs, compliance, training, employee relations, recruitment, and D&I efforts.
