SR ACCOUNTANT
(Chihuahua, Chih.)

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
•Public accountant
•2 – 3 years of experience

SKILLS:
•Advanced English language skills
•Knowledge of financial interpretation standards
•Extensive knowledge of taxes
•American Accounting
•Internal Control
•QAD, Hiperyon, Microsoft Officce (Advanced Excel)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Responsible for issuing invoices to customers, and collecting accounts receivable from intercompany and domestic customers, placing new credits, confirming trade references, analyzing and interpreting financial statements of current customers and new prospects
•Control digital invoicing according to the guidelines established by the SAT
•Implement a reliable Internal Control program
•Reconcile monthly various accounting accounts in local currency vs. accounting accounts in foreign currency.- Verify the accuracy of the Balance Sheet information
•Ensure that the company manages accounts in accordance with general accounting principles
•Prepare monthly expense accrual report
•Prepare and submit the correct payment of federal taxes and offsets in a timely manner
•Support external auditors with the necessary documentation to perform the annual audit
•Oversee the payroll process, perform and ensure accuracy of payroll payments
•Manage domestic and foreign bank account balances
Review supplier invoices in check and wire transfer policies, preparation and signing of checks
