- 5 year experience managing cross functional engineering and technical teams.
- Demonstrates the ability to create a continuous improvement process though KPI's for each of the depts.
- Demonstrates the ability to develop needs and assessment analysus for each associate.
- Demonstrates the ability to develop 3 year strategic plans focused on new technologies, equipment, training, and process development.
- Bilingual Spanish/English.
- Strong cad capability Solid Works a plus.
- Mold tool design.
- Product design.
- Strong mold making capability.
- Understanding of mold processing plus.
- Experience with RJG plus.
- Automation and testing plus.
- Metal stamping experiencie as it applies to insert molding plus.
